You can cancel your subscription in 6 quick and easy steps. You will receive a confirmation email that your subscription has been canceled and that you will not be billed again.
Here are the steps to cancel your subscription:
1- You will need to go to our website https://www.eative.com/ on Desktop.
⚠️ Please note the cancelation process is currently available only on Desktop, we are working on making it available also through mobile site and App.
2- Please log in to your member area, as per below. You will have to log in with your email and password.
If you do not remember the email you used or your password, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can help you!
3- Once you Login to your account, go to Profile button at the bottom right at the top of the page:
4- Then scroll down, and please click on the My Subscription button at the bottom of the page.
5- A new page will open with your billing details, click on Cancel Subscription
6- A window will open, on which you need to click onto the Cancel Subscription button
And that's it! You will see a confirmation of the cancelation at the top of the page and will receive an email to confirm the same
